Whether you're postpartum, coming back from an injury, or it’s just been a while—this program was built for you.

Whether you're postpartum, recovering from an injury, or easing back into running after time away—this program was designed with you in mind. Our Return to Running program offers a supportive and structured path to help you rebuild confidence, strength, and endurance—without rushing the process.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll receive:

✅ One in-person coached session each week

✅ One DIY workout to complete on your own

✅ Progressions rooted in pelvic floor health and core strength

✅ Coaching support from a team trained in postpartum fitness

✅ A welcoming, inclusive environment for all fitness levels

This program was created in collaboration with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, who is also available for referrals or additional support as needed.

Little ones are welcome!

As long as your child can be safely contained during sessions (in a stroller, carrier, or playpen), they’re invited to join you. We’ll also be taking advantage of our outdoor gym space and nearby walking path when the weather allows, so please ensure you plan accordingly!
